I'm back in Philly. And I'm naked around the house because MOM LIVES IN FLORIDA NOW!!! We did it.

*I* did it.

Yes. Sooooooo yes.

I only did the naked dance for a minute or two. That seemed to be the appropriate amount of time for such dancing. :-)

Matt, my high school friend and current realtor, just called. The final guys who Mom showed the house, they've made an offer in her price range. No fixing up.

Keep your fingers crossed. If everything goes well with the offer then I'll be out of the house by the end of July.

Wee hah! :-)

The truck has been packed since about 1pm. Full up. The entire sum of Mom's possessions minus the house and the car. And the car is going with her.

Mom only had a few big crying jags. I held her through the big one.

Now we nap, and then we hit the road for 9-12 hours of fun drivin'!

The Penske truck has been picked up, and is now outside.

The guys who will unload Mom's life into the truck, they'll be here in an hour.
